Luxe Rustic Wedding at Glen Ellen Farm

When a wedding has all of the feels and ALL of the florals, you know it’s gotta be good! Shannon and JD tied the knot surrounded by the most hilariously wonderful group of friends and family!! This wedding was overflowing with love and laughter, with everyone on the dance floor soaking up every crazy minute of it.

On top of all the great friends, amazing energy and fun times… there were details upon details in this wedding that were jaw droopingly gorgeous. Ashley Henson (@livingwithhenson.designs) did such a spectacular job and it was a photographer’s dream set up.

The reception was incredible from dessert table to sparkler exit! Glen Ellen Farm is the perfect farm venue and gorgeous backdrop for a summer or fall wedding. With styling help from Ashley Henson (@livingwithhenson.designs) this reception was looking like heaven!

Shannon and JD kicked things off with a first dance under the twinkle lights and the reception got started! With covid restrictions, a huge white tent out in the open air is just about the best thing ever. Glen Ellen Farm happens to be masters of this set up as their receptions are always out under the stars (or the twinkle lights!) With the pond and the sandy beach right next to you, it’s easy to hop on over at sunset for some gorgeous portraits in the golden hour light.
